+ Is my personal and financial information secure?

Yes. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”), my529, and AlphaGlider all use modern encryption techniques to protect data transmitted between their websites and your computer.

Schwab, my529, and AlphaGlider will never ask you for your username or password. We never email you any documents that include sensitive information, such as your social security number. We strongly urge you to you use our secure methods to return sensitive documents to us (see following question for more details).

We strongly recommend that you use strong passwords that you change regularly and that are not common with passwords you use on other websites. We also recommend that you use two-factor authentication where available.

+ How do I send sensitive documents to AlphaGlider?

We support several ways for you to securely submit sensitive documents to us. This is especially important for contracts, account applications, and any other document that may include your social security number, birthday or other unique identification information. Please use the method below that you find most convenient:

1. Scan and upload them to AlphaGlider using your AlphaGlider Planning account (see Client Resources for more detail).
2. Fax them to us at +1 415 952 9405.
3. Mail them to us at AlphaGlider, 1401 Lavaca St #40525, Austin, TX 78701 USA.

+ I forgot the username and/or password of my Schwab account. What do I do?

There is a 'Forgot login ID or password?' link on the Schwab account login screen that you can use to reset your password. You can also email us at info@alphaglider.com or call us on +1 415 967 8047. We are able to remind you of your username but not to reset your password.

+ I forgot the username and/or password of my my529 account. What do I do?

There is a 'Forgot username?' and 'Forgot password?' links on the my529 account login screen that can help you troubleshoot your issue. You can also call my529 on +1 800 418 2551.

+ I forgot the username and/or password to my AlphaGlider Planning account. What do I do?
